Appts

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider.

Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

  • Scheduling

Please call us to set up appointments or to speak with our staff. If you prefer, you could text our office phone number 561-621-1801 with your information and the reason for the call, for example: I am interested in an appointment for a newborn, a well-child visit, physical sports, or a sick visit.

We will call you back during working hours as soon as possible.

  • Well Child Visits

Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.

Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office in advance to schedule an appointment with Dr. Garofalo on the date that best fits your needs.

  • Sick Child Visits

We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.

If an emergency should arise, please call 911. Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.

  • Walk-Ins

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
